This guide explains how parking monitoring functionality works on supported dash cam models.
Parking monitoring availability depends on the dash cam model, installation method, and vehicle power configuration.

Parking monitoring functionality is not available on all installation setups by default.
Depending on the selected product and vehicle configuration, parking monitoring may require additional wiring, compatible power supply support, or specific installation methods.

How Parking Monitoring Works
On supported configurations, the dash cam may remain in standby mode while the vehicle is parked.
If the G-sensor detects a physical impact above the configured sensitivity threshold, the dash cam may automatically activate and record an event clip.
This function is intended to help capture certain impact-related events while parked.
Important Limitations
- Parking monitoring is not continuous recording unless specifically stated for a supported product
- Minor contact or light vibration may not trigger recording
- Trigger sensitivity depends on G-sensor settings
- Recording performance depends on power availability and installation conditions
- No dash cam can guarantee recording of every incident
